Human epididymis protein 4 (HE4) is a protein that is produced by most, but not all, epithelial ovarian cancer cells. This makes the test useful as a tumor marker in specific circumstances. The HE4 test measures the amount of human epididymis protein 4 in the blood. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION The kit has been designed for the quantitative determination of Human Epididymis Protein 4(HE4) in human serum. The method can be used for samples over the range of 10.0-600.0pmol/L.
