Cerebral palsy
Cerebral palsy is a neurological condition that can produce a flexion pattern of the upper extremity. Muscle imbalance and central nervous system dysfunction increase flexion posture and may lead to reduced range of motion, limited independence in activities, and muscle contractures. The paediatric elbow splint FIX-KG-16 is designed to support alignment and therapeutic positioning in these cases.

Paediatric elbow splint FIX-KG-16 is anatomically shaped and made of the innovative fabric AeroSpace III™. Wrap-around straps are produced in UniTape™ to secure the brace and prevent slippage.

The soft cuff wraps around the arm while the rigid splint maintains the elbow in the prescribed therapeutic position.

Paediatric elbow splint FIX-KG-16 provides elbow extension and secure immobilization, allowing use for contracture management as a passive aid during manual therapy (muscle stretching). The universal design is suitable for orthopaedic (fracture, sprain), neurological (flexion pattern) and post‑surgical applications. The splint is available in 2 sizes and fits either elbow.

AeroSpace III™
AeroSpace III™ is a next‑generation distance-elastic 3D knitted fabric with two facing layers and an interlacing that provides appropriate thickness and pressure relief. Constructed from high‑quality polyester yarn for mechanical strength and spandex for flexibility, it features internal and external self‑gripping layers for easy adjustment. The material is lightweight, breathable with openwork structure for sweat drainage, provides stable compression without heating or cooling the joint, and reduces muscle vibration. Its 3D structure relieves orthopaedic elements and delivers a velvety touch.

UniTape™
UniTape™ is a thin, durable orthopedic lamination with double‑sided self‑gripping function enabling precise fitting of braces.
