  • FIX-KD-07 is a pediatric dynamic knee brace providing compression, stabilization and adjustable anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) support for post-injury management and preventive use in clinical and everyday settings.

How does it work?
  • The thin neoprene sleeve delivers continuous compression and thermoregulation to reduce pain and support healing.
  • The adjustable X-strap beneath the patella provides anterior support and limits anterior tibial translation according to injury severity.
  • Sleeve design and spiral boning improve fit, proprioception and lateral stability while allowing washability without removing bonings.
  • Pulling handles simplify application; fits both knees and is shipped in random color.

  • ActivePren™ — active three-layer material (neoprene foam core with elastic jersey covers) for flexibility and stabilizing support.
  • AirRubber III™ — unidirectional elastic rubber enhancing compression, airflow and skin comfort.
  • AeroSpace II™ — 3D spacer knit fabric for ventilation with an external self-gripping layer for adjustment.
  • Spiral boning — flattened coiled spring wires with shape-memory; corrosion-protected and washable.
