How does it work?
FIX-KD-08 is constructed from thin neoprene-based and elastic fabrics that provide continuous compression and local warmth. Crossing elastic X-straps allow adjustable tension to increase compression and deliver rotational and collateral ligament support. The sleeve shape ensures anatomical fit and enhances proprioceptive feedback after ligament injury. Side spiral boning and leaf springs provide immediate lateral stabilization while allowing multidirectional mobility. Pulling handles facilitate donning.

Materials

• ActivePren™ — three-layer active material: two elastic jersey cover fabrics with a neoprene foam core; soft, flexible, non-imprinting on skin; designed for stabilizing orthoses.
• AeroSpace II™ — distance elastic 3D knitted fabric with openwork structure for moisture evacuation and an external self-gripping layer for adjustment.
• AirRubber III™ — unidirectional elastic rubber braids that extend in length not width, improving compression, breathability and providing gentle massage under pressure.
• Spiral boning — flattened coiled wire acting as a spring; various widths/thicknesses define stabilization level; corrosion-protected; washable without removal; shape-memory for immediate stabilization of swollen limb.
