Shoulder orthosis AM-SOB-02

Description
AM-SOB-02 is an upper-extremity immobilization support composed of two elements: a main section in CottonComfort™ and an additional immobilizer band in ActiveDistance II™ for enhanced protection. The wide immobilizer band secures the arm to the torso and increases stability. The self-gripping material enables precise fitting and simple application. Suitable for shoulder dislocations, fractures and soft-tissue injuries; designed for day and night use.

Materials
ActiveDistance II™ is a three-layer active fabric combining a non-elastic polyamide self-gripping layer, comfort foam and cotton terry; it maintains skin dryness and is Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified. CottonComfort™ is a hypoallergenic orthopedic fabric: polyurethane foam laminated with natural cotton knit (no formaldehyde), Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified; lamination by flame method without glue. These materials provide skin comfort, breathability and pressure relief.

Stiffeners
Thin ABS plate stiffeners preserve the circumferential shape of the support without rigidly immobilizing joints; they are lightweight and do not compress sensitive areas.
