OKG-10 – ANTI-SPASTICITY HAND SPLINT WITH PALM SEMI-BALL
The OKG-10 anti-spasticity hand splint is an upper-extremity support indicated for patients with hand spasticity (e.g. post-stroke, hemiplegia, multiple sclerosis, dystonia, contractures). It positions the hand in a neutral therapeutic posture, reduces involuntary spasms, prevents deformities and facilitates rehabilitation interventions.

Materials and construction
Constructed from lightweight, breathable AeroSpace II™ 3D-knitted fabric for continuous ventilation and skin-friendly contact. An integrated flat aluminium stay on the palmar side prevents palmar flexion and rotation. A built-in palm semi-ball applies targeted pressure to the central palm to relax finger flexors and maintain a neutral hand position. Each finger is secured by an independent Velcro strap to avoid finger flexion into a fist.

Therapeutic effects / benefits
Maintains a functional grip position, limits involuntary movements (spasms, tremors), prevents contractures, and helps preserve joint mobility of the hand and fingers when used during rest and nocturnally. Supports functional recovery and can reduce pain when combined with rehabilitation programs and exercises.
