Description
The AM-OSN-U-24 thumb abduction brace is designed to stabilise the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) of the thumb, limit uncontrolled adduction and provide therapeutic compression to reduce swelling and bruising. The orthosis maintains the thumb in a neutral/abducted position using a special elastic thumb strap while preserving full mobility and function of the remaining fingers. An elastic wrap-around wrist strap secures the device on the limb and adds joint stabilisation. Indicated for both post-traumatic and prophylactic use in sports and occupational settings.

AirRubber III™: unidirectional elasticity that stretches longitudinally to enhance compression, permits airflow and skin breathability, and provides a gentle massage effect under compression.
UniPren™: three-layer universal material (external elastic polyamide knit with self-adhesive function, neoprene foam core, elastic jersey inner knit); soft, highly flexible, non-knitted surface that minimises skin marking; self-adhesive function simplifies fitting and adjustment.
