Humeral fracture splint MASTER-01 is an alternative to traditional casting. The brace consists of lightweight anatomic-shaped ABS shells and an adjustable strapping system that maintains the arm in the required treatable position. The arm shell immobilizes the arm in case of fracture while leaving the elbow free, allowing motion in the forearm and hand. MASTER-01 offers arm stabilization: shell design provides circumferential compression of muscles and soft tissues and supports healing. Shoulder shells are anatomic-shaped 3D orthopedic elements made of low profile ABS, consisting of external and internal arm shells, fully perforated for proper air flow. The shells are equipped with swivel buckles and cut-outs for circumferential straps and have Velcro fasteners on the inside to attach SoftComfort™ 3D cushions. The shells cover shoulder joint and arm, maintaining anatomic shape and providing professional immobilization. MASTER-01 is suitable to protect and support the arm after humerus fracture surgery. The design allows use on both left and right arm.

• Active3D™ – thermoformed, closed-cell foamed fabric that reduces pressure, is waterproof, does not absorb sweat, easy to clean; external self-gripping layers and thermoformed properties allow shaping for final braces.
• SoftComfort™ – soft comfort foam laminated with delicate cover knit, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, REACH compliant; perforated to allow skin breathing; designed to relieve sensitive contact points and used for linings and pressure relief cushions.
• Stiffenings (Shoulder shells) – anatomic 3D shoulder shells made of low profile ABS; external and internal shells with swivel buckles, cut-outs for straps and internal Velcro attachment points for relief cushions; fully perforated for ventilation.
• Paddings (3D supports) – supporting foams or EVA foam combined with skin-friendly materials, anatomically shaped to relieve rigid orthosis elements and protect skin from direct contact with rigid components.

Accessories / Use with
Upper limb support accessories and optional forearm supports can be used with the brace to increase comfort and functionality.
