Elbow ROM brace AM-KG-AM/1RE provides comprehensive stabilization of the upper limb, covering elbow, wrist, carpus, metacarpus and phalangeal joints. It integrates Splint Mod. 1RE (single-axis) with tool-free range of motion adjustment in 15° increments and secured hyperextension stops at -15° and -30°. A safety system prevents unauthorized angle changes.

Materials / Padding / Cover
The orthosis uses skin-friendly Active3D™ (thermoformed closed-cell foam) and UniComfort™ two-layer lamination for comfortable fit. Splint components are aluminium alloy and plastic reinforced with carbon fibre to resist sweat and ensure hinge function. 3D relief pads (foam/EVA) reduce pressure from rigid elements.

Technology / Splint details
Splint Mod. 1RE is a patented single-axis orthopedic hinge allowing repeatable angle setting every 15° without tools. Hyperextension is secured at -15° and -30°. The press-slide length adjuster (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) includes a scale for reproducible positioning. Components are light and sweat-neutral to maintain long-term function.

Accessories & optional equipment
Standard fingers separator and an arm sling with shoulder pad are included. On request, the standard separator can be replaced by a neurological fingers separator (individual finger stabilization). Compatible accessories: protective sleeve and neurological separator.

Forearm circumference 6 cm below elbow center (B): min 22 cm – max 36 cm (min 8.7" – max 14.2").
Available for left or right side. Total product length: 67 cm (26.4").
