Overview
The Select Coat® Valve Series (SC-300 Multi-Mode and SC-350 Select Spray) is fully compatible with Select Coat® SL-940 and SL-1040 conformal coating systems and EasyCoat® software. The valves provide precise, repeatable selective coating and spray performance for demanding conformal coating applications.

SC-300 Multi-Mode Valve
One valve with three programmable coating modes to address spot, wide-pattern and ultra-thin film applications without hardware change.

• Bead Mode: Precise spot/bead application for discrete components and tight keep-out areas.
• Monofilament Mode: Generates wide coating patterns with clean edges for accurate broad coverage.
• Swirl Mode: Produces extremely thin film builds with moderate selectivity.

SC-350 Select Spray Valve
Designed for selective spray of higher-viscosity materials while maintaining edge control and reduced stringing.

• Tight edge tolerances to avoid keep-out zones.

Advanced Process Capabilities

• Dual simultaneous manual and programmable pitch: coat two parts in parallel to increase throughput; electronic pitch control with sensors and encoder feedback enables automated, repeatable adjustments and per‑product pitch settings.
• Four-position tilt: automatic shifting between vertical and four 30° tilt angles (right, left, forward, backward) for improved access and coverage of complex assemblies; tilt and rotation fully programmable.
