Marking system MicroMark®

Overview
Nordson EFD MicroMark® spray marking valve systems provide programmable air‑cleaned spray marking for color coding, pass/fail indication and production/test status marking. Systems produce round patterns and stripes from 5.0 mm (0.20") to 30.4 mm (1.20") wide with no overspray when configured correctly. Valves operate manually or integrate with external control systems for timed or signal‑triggered marking.

781RC MicroMark recirculating spray marking system
The 781RC configuration adds a recirculation pump to keep pigments suspended, delivering uniform spray patterns and reducing clogging, missed shots and maintenance frequency.

System options and configurations

• Complete 781RC system: 781RC-SS spray valve, ValveMate 8040 controller (single in‑line solenoid), recirculation pump enclosure assembly, and fluid reservoir.
• Complete MM781-SS system: 781S-28 dispense valve, ValveMate 8040 controller, and fluid reservoir.
• Valves can be used standalone (manual activation) or integrated with automated dispensing equipment for higher throughput.
