To demonstrate eiastic fibres in tissue sections. Recommended for vascular pathology. METHOD 1) - Bring section to distiiled water. 2) - Put on the section 5 drops of reagent A and 5 drops of reagent B: leave to act 4 minutes. 3) - Wash the slide in distiiled water. 4) - Put on the section 10 drops of reagent C: leave to act 1 minute (until being colourless). 5) - Double washing in distiiled water. 6) - Préparé the incubation box: put on the bottom of the incubation 20 drops of reagent D; introduce the slide and put on the section 10 drops of reagent E. Close the incubation box and incubate 20 minutes. 7) - Wash well in distiiled water. 8) - Put on the section 10 drops of reagent F: leave to act 2 minutes. 9) - Rinse in running water 1 minute. 10) - Dehydrate through ascending alcohols, clear in xylene and mount.
