Description

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. Rapid staining method for frozen sections (thickness 6-8 micron). WARNING If fresh tissue have been fixed in formalin or other fixative, it is necessary to rinse well in distilled water before staining in hematoxylin. -For section dehydration and clearing the procedure requests: 2 changes 95° ethyl alcohol, 2 changes absolute ethyl alcohol, 2 changes of xylene. METHOD Preparation of buffer solution: In a 100 ml, jar put 10 drops of reagent B. The kit allows making 100 ready to use buffer solutions of 100 ml each. Put the section in the REAGENT A, 45-60 seconds Buffer solution, 5 dips Rinse in tap water, 5 dips Put the section in the REAGENT C, 30 seconds Ethanol 95°, 5 dips Absolute ethanol, 5 dips Xylene, 10 dips Mount in synthetic mounting medium Product classification The product is intended for professional laboratory use for healthcare professionals.
