Description

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. Rapid staining method for frozen sections (thickness 6-8 micron). WARNING If fresh tissue have been fixed in formalin or other fixative, it is necessary to rinse well in distilled water before staining in hematoxylin. -For section dehydration and clearing the procedure requests: 2 changes 95° ethyl alcohol, 2 changes absolute ethyl alcohol, 2 changes of xylene. METHOD Preparation of buffer solution: In a 100 ml, jar put 10 drops of reagent B. The kit allows making 100 ready to use buffer solutions of 100 ml each.
