Description

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. Application Cryostatic sections of 8 microns of human skeletal muscle. Histochemical demonstration of phosphorylase. Method 1) Put restoration solution (reagent B) into lyophilized powder (reagent A). 2) Shake until dissolution. 3) Incubate sections in rehydrated phosphorylase solution at 37°C, 60 minutes. 4) Dip quickly in alcohol 50%, 30 seconds. 5) Fix in absolute alcohol, 15 minutes 6) Develop in Lugol solution 10%, 2 minutes. 7) Mount in glycerine containing a drop of concentrated Lugol. Results Phosphorylase enzymes activity: various tones of blue Warning and precaution The product is intended for professional laboratory use for healthcare professionals.
