Description

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. Application Cryostatic sections of 8 microns of human skeletal muscle. Valuation of the alkaline phosphatase activity. Alkaline phosphatase is particularly useful in revealing sites of phagocytosis and inflammation in muscle biopsy specimens. Method 1) Put restoration solution (reagent C) into lyophilized powder (reagent A). 2) Shake until dissolution. 3) Add the reconstituted reagent A solution to the reagent B. Shake until dissolution. 4) Incubate sections in the obtained solution (A+B+C) at 37°C for 1 hour. 5) Wash in distilled water 6) Fix in 10% formalin, 10 minutes 7) Wash in tap water, 5 minutes 8) Mount with aqueous mounting medium. We recommend using the working solution (step 4 of the method) just prepared and discard after use.
