Description

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. Method to show amyloid in tissue sections. METHOD 1) Bring section to distilled water. 2) Prepare the incubation box, introduce the slide and put on the section 10 drops of reagent A. Close the incubation box and incubate at 60°C. Leave to act for 60 - 90 minutes. 3) Without washing drain the slide, put on the section 10 drops of reagent B for 1-2 minutes. 4) Drain the slide, put on the section 10 drops of reagent C for 1-2 minutes. 5) Put on the section 10 drops of reagent D. Leave to act for 5 minutes. 6) Blue in running tap water 5 minutes. 7) Dehydrate through absolute ethanol, clear in xylene and mount Product classification The product is intended for professional laboratory use for healthcare professionals.
