Description

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. Application Cryostatic sections of 8 micron of human skeletal muscle. For distinguishing type 1 and type 2 muscle fibers. Often it is correlated with the ATPase procedure. Method 1) Put restoration solution (NADH C) into lyophilized powder (NADH B). 2) Shake until dissolution. 3) Put NADH A into restored NADH B 4) Dip the section in reconstituted NADH solution and incubate at 37°C, 30 minutes 5) Rinse in distilled water 3 changes 6) Dip in acetone 30, 60 and 90% 30 seconds each 7) Dehydrate in absolute ethanol, clear and mount. Results Positive NADH diaphorase enzimatic activity : grey-blue Type 1 fibers : dark blue Type 2 fibers : light blue Warning and precaution The product is intended for professional laboratory use for healthcare professionals.
