Description

Product for the preparation of cyto-histological samples for optical microscopy. Application Cryostatic sections of 8 micron of human skeletal muscle. Valuation of the succinic dehydrogenase activity specifically in mitochondria. Method 1) Put restoration solution (reagent B) into lyophilized powder (reagent A). 2) Shake until dissolution. 3) Incubate sections in rehydrated SDH solution at 37°C, 45 minutes 4) Rinse in distilled water 3 changes 5) Fix in neutral formalin 10%, 10 minutes 6) Place in 15% ethanol, 10 minutes 7) Mount with aqueous mounting medium. Results Positive SDH activity : grey-blue Warning and precaution The product is intended for professional laboratory use for healthcare professionals.
