Overview
Chemspeed's FLEX POWDERDOSE provides automated overhead gravimetric solid dispensing and dosing from milligram to 20 g with intuitive AUTOSUITE software. It enables automatic dispensing of powders, solids and extrudates into multiple destination formats using gravimetric control and an integrated overhead balance.

Workflow and operation
The modular FLEX POWDERDOSE deck supports fully automated sample-preparation workflows. Gravimetric dispensing units (SWILE, GDU-Pfd, GDU-P models) pick the appropriate container, dispense solids gravimetrically (sub-milligram to multigram scale), simultaneously weigh the dispensed material with the overhead balance, return the container to storage and proceed to the next. The balance can move to the destination to optimize cycle time and throughput.
