Overview
Chemspeed SWING POWDERDOSE is a modular automated platform for gravimetric solid and powder dispensing. The system performs gravimetrically controlled dispenses from sub-milligram up to multigram quantities (maximum 20 g per dispense) into vials, tubes, well-plates and reactors, supporting a wide range of solid types and container formats.

Typical deck composition / workflow elements
A typical SWING POWDERDOSE deck includes shakeable and heatable/coolable racks (crimp or screw-cap), reagent/sample racks, solid container racks and tools such as the Gravimetric Dispensing Units (SWILE, GDU-Pfd, GDU-P), an optional 4-Needle Head for volumetric liquid handling and sampling, and a capper/crimper. All tools and accessories are interoperable on the SWING POWDERDOSE robotic platform and many third-party components can be integrated on or off the deck.
