Solution
Chemspeed’s SWIP implements a gravimetric one-to-one "pick & decision dispense" workflow for true sub-droplet reformatting and dispensing of viscous liquids. The system uses an overhead gravimetric dispensing tool with automated selection and dosing of disposable glass tips to deliver target amounts precisely.

Disposable tips
Disposable glass tips (SWIPs) ensure sample integrity by removing cross-contamination risk. Tips are stored and supplied by an automated SWIP dispenser and are available in multiple diameters chosen to match the target dispense amount.
