Overview
Chemspeed EMULSIFIER provides fully automated emulsion formulation screening with integrated characterization (imaging, particle size distribution, NIR, micelle distribution) for applications including personal care, home care, nutrition, agrochemicals and enhanced oil recovery. Patented overhead gravimetric dispensing for solids and (highly) viscous liquids, combined with disposable formulation vials, precision vessels/blenders, a 4-Needle volumetric head and AUTOSUITE software, standardizes, digitizes and accelerates formulation workflows. Modular deck design optimizes throughput while ensuring traceability and process control.
