Overview
Our overhead gravimetric (patented) dispensing system for solids and liquids, combined with fully automated small‑scale reactor formats (μL to mL) and integrated AUTOSUITE software, enables accelerated, standardized and digitized small‑molecule reaction screening, including reaction preparation, photochemistry, work‑up and analysis.

Key capabilities

• Fully automated end‑to‑end workflow: reaction preparation, synthesis, work‑up, analysis and output to storage vials for μL and mL scale solid‑ and liquid‑phase screening.
• SBS‑plate based disposable glass reactor arrays with screwless self‑sealing design; μL reaction scale, mixing by shaking (up to 17,000 rpm), heating (up to 150°C) and cooling (down to −20°C).
• Work‑up modules: evaporation, liquid/liquid extraction, filtration, solid‑phase extraction, crystallization and drying.
• Gravimetric solid handling from μg to g; gravimetric liquid handling from mg to g and μL to mL; chemistry‑proven liquid handling (pH control, heated needle extension, filtration).
• High throughput: e.g. 24 / 48 / 96 parallel reactions per run; proprietary robotic tool exchange and ventilated hood for conditioned operation.
• Integrated analytics: optional online benchtop NMR (e.g. 80 MHz Fourier RxnLite) with flow‑cell or offline 5 mm tube sampling, HPLC (MS), UPLC (MS), GC (MS), UV‑VIS, NIR/MIR, DLS.
• AUTOSUITE software: drag & drop experiment design, LIMS/ELN integration, Python custom device support and AI/ML closed‑loop workflows.
