The SaberVet Canine Lyme Antibody Rapid Test offered by Antigenne is a lateral flow immunoassay intended for the qualitative detection of specific antibody from canine lyme (C.Lym) in canine serum, plasma or whole blood samples. The test is useful for determination of C.Lym infection. Description Lyme disease, also known as Lyme borreliosis, is a naturally occurring zoonotic disease transmitted by ticks and is susceptible to humans, dogs, cats, horses, cattle, deer and other animals. Clinical symptoms of canine Lyme disease Borrelia burgdorferi, also known as Borrelia burgdorferi, is the pathogen of Lyme disease.
