Product Description
The ITGen Canine Giardia Antigen Rapid Test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay for qualitative detection of Giardia antigens in canine feces or rectal swabs. Specific monoclonal antibodies on the cassette capture target antigens and produce a visible color line for rapid point-of-care screening.

Directions for Use

• Perform test at room temperature (15–30°C) and verify kit contents.
• Unseal the buffer tube and place it upright in the workstation.
• Collect fresh feces or a rectal swab; insert swab into buffer and rotate more than 10 times.
• Close the buffer tube cap and remove the cassette from its foil pouch.
• Add three drops (~90 μL) of the prepared specimen vertically into the specimen well of the cassette.
• Read the result after 5–10 minutes; do not interpret results beyond the recommended reading time.

Interpretation of Results

• Positive: Both C (control) and T (test) lines appear (any intensity).
• Negative: Only a clear C line appears.
• Invalid: No C line appears; repeat test with a new device.
