Description
This test is developed to address the rapid onset and progression of canine parvovirus infection. It improves early identification of infected animals, supporting timely clinical decisions for a highly contagious disease with significant mortality in puppies.

How to use?

• Perform test at room temperature (15–30°C) and verify contents.
• Unseal the buffer tube and place it upright.
• Collect fresh feces or rectal swab; insert swab into buffer and rotate >10 times.
• Close the buffer tube cap and mix as instructed.
• Remove test cassette from foil pouch and place on a flat surface.
• Add three drops (~90 μL) of the prepared specimen vertically into the sample well.
• Read results after 5–10 minutes.

Interpretation of results

• Positive: Both C and T lines appear (any T line intensity).
• Negative: Only a clear C line appears.
• Invalid: No C line appears; test must be repeated.
