DescriptionSuitable for clinical diagnosis in pet hospitals, health screening in kennels, and on-site testing of animal epidemic prevention and control. Enables joint screening of multiple insect-borne infectious diseases in dogs. The disease can be transmitted through vectors such as ticks and may pose zoonotic risk. This product realizes multiple tests with one card.
How to use?- Check product contents and ensure room temperature (15–30℃) before testing.
- Unseal the extraction tube containing the buffer and place it in the workstation.
- Squeeze the upper air bag to absorb the sample (whole blood / serum / plasma) ensuring some sample enters the lower air bag and no bubbles are present.
- Press the upper air bag to transfer about 75 μL of sample into the buffer, cover and mix by jiggling until specimen and buffer are completely mixed.
- Take the test device out of the aluminum foil bag and place it on a clean, flat surface.
- Add three drops (about 90 μL) of the mixed sample vertically into the specimen well (S) of the test device.
INTERPRETATION OF RESULTSPositive (+): Both C line and T line present, regardless of T line intensity.
Negative (-): Only clear C line appears.
Invalid: No colored line appears in C region, regardless of T line.
