How to use

• Confirm kit contents and ensure testing at room temperature (15–30°C).
• Unseal buffer tube and place on a clean work surface.
• Collect specimen by rotating the swab >10 times in the canine's eye, nose or mouth to obtain secretions.
• Secure the buffer tube cap, remove the test cassette from the pouch, and place it on a flat surface.
• Add three drops (~90 μl) of the processed specimen vertically into the sample well (S).
• Read the result at 5–10 minutes; do not interpret results after 15 minutes.

Interpretation of results

• Positive (+): Both C line and T line appear (T line may be strong or faint).
• Negative (-): Only a clear C line appears.
• Invalid: No colored line at C region; result invalid regardless of T line.
