Description
The ITGen Canine Total IgE Rapid Test is intended to help determine whether clinical signs such as redness and itching are associated with allergic responses. It is suitable for point-of-care use in veterinary clinics and supports faster diagnostic decisions to guide treatment planning.

How to use?
Step 1: Collect ocular and nasal secretions using the provided swab; ensure the swab is sufficiently wet.
Step 2: Insert the wet swab into the provided assay buffer tube and agitate to extract the sample.
Step 3: Place the test cassette on a clean, level surface. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 drops of extracted sample (approx. 120 µl) into the specimen well (S), then start the timer.
Step 4: Read results after 5-10 minutes. Do not interpret results after 15 minutes. Note: Collect secretions from upper and lower eyelids; avoid material from the medial canthus.

Interpretation of Results
Positive: Both control (C) and test (T) lines appear (T line may be strong or faint).
Negative: Only control (C) line appears clearly.
Invalid: No colored line at C region, regardless of T line appearance.
