Description
This kit is intended for rapid, front-line screening of dogs presenting gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g., vomiting, diarrhea) or when quick diagnostic information is required and PCR is not readily available. Suitable for use in animal hospitals, pet clinics, kennels and similar settings to support timely clinical decisions.

How to use?

• Verify contents and ensure test and specimens are at room temperature (15–30°C) before starting.
• Unseal the buffer/extraction tube and place it upright.
• Collect fresh feces or a rectal swab sample using the provided swab and insert into the buffer.
• Rotate the swab more than 10 times in the buffer, remove and cap the tube.
• Remove the test device from the foil pouch and place it on a clean, flat surface.
• Add three drops (≈90 μL) of the prepared specimen vertically into the specimen well of the device.

Interpretation of Results

• Positive (+): Both C (control) and T (test) lines appear (any T intensity considered positive).
• Negative (−): Only a clear C line appears.
• Invalid: No colored line appears at the C region; result is invalid regardless of T line.
