Provides a rapid, actionable basis for diagnosis and symptomatic treatment of dogs presenting non-specific gastrointestinal signs such as vomiting, diarrhea, fever and dehydration. The CGD-4 integrates multi-target detection into a single-step workflow to reduce diagnostic time and improve clinical throughput, supporting targeted treatment plans and outbreak control.

How to use?

• Verify kit contents and equilibrate to room temperature (15–30°C) before testing.
• Unseal the extraction tube with buffer and place on a clean workstation.
• Collect fresh feces or rectal swab sample using the supplied swab; insert swab into buffer and rotate >10 times.
• Close the buffer tube cap and mix.
• Remove the test device from its foil pouch and place on a flat surface.
• Add three drops (≈90 μL) of the processed specimen vertically into the specimen well of the test cassette.

Interpretation of Results

• Positive (+): Both control (C) line and test (T) line appear (T may be strong or faint).
• Negative (−): Only a clear control (C) line appears.
• Invalid: No colored line in the control (C) region regardless of T line; repeat test.
