How to use?

• Verify kit contents and ensure test and specimen are at room temperature (15–30°C).
• Unseal the buffer tube and place it upright in the workstation.
• Use the swab to collect secretions from the canine's eye, nose, or mouth; rotate the swab more than 10 times to obtain sufficient sample.
• Close the buffer tube cap, remove the test device from the foil pouch, and place it on a clean, flat surface.
• Add three drops (≈90 μL) of the extracted specimen vertically into the specimen well (S) of the test device.
• Read the result within 5–10 minutes. Results read after 15 minutes are invalid.

Interpretation of Results
Positive (+): Both control line (C) and test line (T) appear, irrespective of T line intensity.
Negative (−): Only control line (C) appears clearly.
Invalid: No visible control line (C), regardless of test line appearance — repeat test with a new device.
