Applications
The kit is stored at room temperature and ready to use on opening, suitable for clinics, field screening, epidemic area monitoring and treatment efficacy assessment. Ideal for rapid diagnosis of canine Lyme disease in veterinary practice and on-site screening.

Instructions for Use

• Ensure test and specimens are at room temperature (15–30°C).
• Remove test device from foil pouch and place on a clean, flat surface.
• Use capillary dropper to add one drop (~10 μL) of whole blood, serum or plasma into the specimen well (S).
• Add two drops (~60 μL) of buffer into the specimen well (S).
• Read result at 5–10 minutes; results after 15 minutes are invalid.

Result Interpretation
Positive (+): Both C and T lines visible (any T intensity).
Negative (−): Only C line visible.
Invalid: No C line visible, irrespective of T line.

Storage and Shelf Life
Store at 4–30°C. Shelf life: refer to expiration date on packaging. Room-temperature storage enables field use without refrigeration.
