Short descriptionThe ITGen Canine Pancreatic Lipase Rapid Test is a lateral-flow cassette for qualitative screening of canine pancreas-specific lipase (CPL) in serum or plasma. It provides a rapid indication of pancreatic inflammation to support clinical decision-making in veterinary settings.
Key features- Detects pancreatic inflammation via pancreas-specific lipase
- High specificity and sensitivity for canine CPL
- Suitable for veterinary clinics and at-home screening
- Rapid results in 5–10 minutes

Contents- 1 test device
- 1 buffer tube (extraction tube)
- 1 quantitative dropper
- 1 package insert
Clinical useThis rapid test assists veterinarians and pet owners to distinguish suspected pancreatitis from minor gastrointestinal disturbances. A small serum or plasma sample allows fast screening to decide if urgent veterinary evaluation is required.
How to use- Bring the kit to room temperature (15–30°C) and check contents.
- Unseal the buffer extraction tube and place it upright in the workstation.
- Absorb the sample into the tube using the air bag, ensuring approximately 75 μL is transferred to the buffer.
- Mix specimen and buffer thoroughly, then add three drops (≈90 μL) into the specimen well (S) of the cassette.
- Read results at 5–10 minutes; disregard results read after 15 minutes.
Interpretation of resultsAbnormal (+): T1 line equal to or darker than reference T2 line — elevated CPL.
Normal (−): T1 line lighter than reference T2 line — CPL within expected range.
Invalid: No colored line in control (C) region — test invalid regardless of T lines.
