Recommended for joint screening when dogs present symptoms such as persistent diarrhea, weight loss or malabsorption. Designed for efficient, sensitive field detection when microscopy is impractical or operator-dependent.
How to use?- Perform the test at room temperature (15–30°C) and verify kit contents.
- Open the extraction buffer tube and place it on a stable surface.
- Collect fresh feces or rectal swab sample using the supplied swab; insert and rotate the swab in buffer more than 10 times.
- Close the buffer tube cap and remove the test cassette from the foil pouch; place it on a clean, flat surface.
- Add three drops (≈90 μL) of the mixed specimen into the sample well of the cassette vertically.
Interpretation of ResultsPositive (+): Both C and T lines appear, regardless of T line intensity.
Negative (-): Only a clear C line appears.
Invalid: No colored line at C, regardless of T line.
