Description
Helicobacter pylori is a pathogen associated with canine gastric disorders, including chronic gastritis and gastric ulcers, which can present as vomiting and reduced appetite. Conventional diagnostic methods often require invasive sampling and laboratory processing. This rapid antigen test enables fast, point-of-care screening useful for veterinary clinics, wellness checks, and research, supporting etiological diagnosis of canine gastric conditions.

How to use

• Perform the test at room temperature (15–30°C).
• Unseal the extraction tube containing buffer and place upright.
• Collect fresh feces or a rectal swab from the dog using the provided swab.
• Insert the swab into the buffer, rotate >10 times, then close the buffer tube cap.
• Remove the test device from the foil pouch and place it on a clean, flat surface.
• Add three drops (≈90 μL) of the prepared specimen vertically into the specimen well (S) of the cassette.

Interpretation of Results

• Positive (+): Both C and T lines appear, regardless of T line intensity.
• Negative (-): Only a clear C line appears.
• Invalid: No colored line at C region; test should be repeated.
