Description
The ITGen Canine Relaxin Rapid Test offers a rapid, easy-to-use method for early pregnancy screening in dogs, enabling breeders and veterinarians to monitor reproductive status without immediate ultrasound. The cassette format and single-test packaging facilitate on-site testing and simple inventory management.

How to use?
Bring the kit to room temperature (15–30°C) before testing. Collect venous blood and centrifuge according to standard practice to obtain serum or plasma. Place the test device on a clean, level surface. Using the provided dropper, transfer 3 drops (approximately 90 μL) of serum or plasma into the specimen well of the cassette and start the timer. Close the buffer cap after use and dispose of consumables following local biohazard regulations.

Interpretation of results

• Positive (+): Both C line and T line visible (T line may be faint or strong).
• Negative (-): Only a clear C line appears.
• Invalid: No colored line at C region; test should be repeated with a new device.
