Test procedure (streamlined)

• Preparation: Perform test at room temperature (15–30°C).
• Sampling: Use the supplied quantitative dropper to add ~75 µL specimen (serum/plasma/whole blood) into the buffer tube and mix thoroughly.
• Loading: Add three drops (~90 µL) of the mixed sample vertically into the device specimen well.
• Reading: Interpret results between 5 and 10 minutes.
