Description

Overview
Integral IN 8 XTW is a high-temperature process thermostat for dynamic temperature control of external circuits. Operation is possible via the integrated coloured TFT display or via an optional touch operating unit with extended functions. The unit is designed for use with heat transfer liquids and requires cooling water during operation.

Key features
  • Electronic continuous PID controller for internal and external control with self-adapt function
  • Coloured TFT display showing actual & set values and graphical temperature profile; cursor and soft keys; optional touch unit
  • Powerful LAUDA Variopump with 8 selectable output levels; max. flow 60 L/min; digital pump pressure display
  • Adjustable over-temperature protection and low-level protection with acoustic alarm; additional Tmax key
  • Port for external Pt100 (second Pt100 via interface module); remote fault indication via floating contact
  • Integrated adjustable bypass and very small internal volume with large non-thermostated expansion vessel (cold fluid layer system)
  • Programmer with up to 150 temperature/time segments, separable into 5 programs
  • Integrated web server for browser-based operation; USB and Ethernet as standard; secure data transfer via authentication and encryption
  • Upgradeable with up to 2 additional interface modules (RS232/485, Profibus, analogue, contact, EtherCAT)
