Compact process thermostat Variocool VC 1200 designed for precise temperature control of non-flammable heat transfer fluids in industrial applications. Available in air- or water-cooled versions (W) and fitted with steerable fixed castors for easy positioning. Sound insulation or outdoor installation is available for larger tower units from the VC 5000 range.

• Powerful pressure pump with max. flow 37 L/min and adjustable bypass for pressure limiting
• Upgradeable with interface modules (analogue module, contact module, RS232/485 module, Profibus, Ethernet-USB module)
• Top filler opening and rear drain tap for straightforward maintenance
• Condenser cooling: Air (water-cooled version available as option)
• Fully electronic continuous controller with PID action and integrated programmer (max. 150 segments, splittable into 5 programmes)
• SmartCool system for energy-saving digital cooling management including compressor on/off control
• USB interface as standard; remote fault indication via floating contact
• Electronic level indication and low-level alarm for safe operation
• Utilises traditional refrigerants (HFCs) in accordance with European regulation (EU) 573/2024 on F-gases
