Description

Product description
The PRO circulation and process thermostat PRO P 2 E is designed for external applications up to 250 °C. Its low filling volume enables rapid heating and cooling of the connected application. The compact tower design reduces footprint and facilitates space-saving installation. A standard integrated cooling coil provides counter-cooling. Cooling versions deliver 0.6 or 0.8 kW to enable fast temperature changes. All models are fitted with a pressure‑suction pump. Hybrid cooling of the refrigeration unit allows cooling by ambient air or, additionally, by cooling water.

Features
  • Thermostatic circulator with advanced microprocessor control and installed cooling coil
  • Operation via cursor and softkeys
  • Detachable command console usable as remote control
  • Stainless steel bath vessel (insulated, with overflow and drain tap)
  • Retrofittable interfaces: RS‑232/485, Profibus, EtherCAT; analogue or contact modules
  • Low‑level and adjustable over‑temperature protection with acoustic alarm for flammable and non‑flammable liquids
  • Bright, high‑contrast graphic OLED display
  • EasyUse system for intuitive operation of the unit
  • Tower design with small footprint
  • LAUDA Varioflex pump (pressure/suction) with 8 selectable levels, rear connections
  • Fully electronic continuous controller with PID action for internal and external control
  • Integrated programmer: 1 programme with up to 20 segments
  • SelfCheck Assistant for system diagnosis
  • Low filling volume enables rapid temperature changes
  • USB and Ethernet interfaces equipped as standard
  • PowerAdapt system to use the maximum permitted heat from the power supply
