Orthopedic Simulator for Spinal Instrumentation and Fixation Training
The Detached Vertebra by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in orthopedics and traumatology who work in spinal surgery (instrumentation, stabilization, and technical demonstrations). Ideal for practical training, workshops, hands-on courses, demonstrations in clinics, trade shows, conferences, and distance learning, this simulator allows for the practice of surgical cuts, drill holes, and the placement of screws and plates with a high degree of realism.
With detailed anatomy and resistance similar to that of human bone, the model accommodates the use of real surgical instruments, enabling safe, repetitive, and ethical training in accordance with good bioethical practices.
It can be secured in the clamps of the Nacional Ossos line, ensuring stability and allowing movement along different axes so that the student can work with both hands, just as with a real patient.
Note: The specific vertebra must be specified at the time of purchase.
