Orthopedic Simulator for Training in Arthrodesis and Thoracolumbar Pedicle Instrumentation (T1–L5 + Sacrum)
The anatomical model of the thoracolumbar spine with sacrum (T1–L5 + sacrum) from Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in orthopedic trauma who work with arthrodesis, pedicle screws, plates, interbody cages, intervertebral spacers, and rods.
Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, in-office demonstrations, and distance learning, this simulator enables the practice of posterior instrumentation, TLIF/PLIF, pedicle and translaminar fixations, decompressions, and osteotomies with a high degree of realism in a safe and repeatable environment.
Featuring a detailed anatomical structure and strength similar to human bone, the model is articulated, with simulated anterior and posterior ligaments and semi-flexible discs, allowing for training in alignment, stability, and system assembly using real surgical instruments (drills, guides, probes, taps, wrenches, and fixation systems). It provides ethical and sustainable training, eliminating the use of biological specimens.
Compatible with the articulated clamps in our line, which allow for multi-axis positioning, ensuring ergonomics so the surgeon can work with both hands, just as in a real operating room setting.
