Orthopedic Simulator for Training in Pelvic Osteosynthesis and Hip Arthroplasty
The anatomical model of the right pelvis by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in orthopedic traumatology who work in pelvic trauma, acetabular reconstruction, placement of plates/screws, external fixators, anchors, and acetabular prostheses. Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, in-office demonstrations, trade shows/conferences, and distance learning, this simulator enables the practice of procedures with a high degree of realism.
With mechanical properties similar to human bone and detailed anatomy, the model allows for drilling, perforation, reduction, positioning, and fixation using real surgical instruments, promoting safe, repetitive training that adheres to bioethical principles.
It can be mounted on a vise (for movement along all axes), ensuring stability for bimanual work.
Articulation/compatibility: articulates with FEMUR, code 2030 and code 2030 BESP
