The anatomical left-hand model by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in Hand Orthopedics and Traumatology for training in osteosynthesis, fixation, and reconstruction. Ideal for workshops, practical classes, hands-on courses, in-office demonstrations, and distance learning, this simulator allows for the safe repetition of techniques using real surgical instruments, with resistance and mechanical response similar to that of human bone.

With a solid structure and detailed anatomy, the model enables the practice of surgical cuts, drill holes, and fixations using plates, screws, external fixators, anchors, and simulations of implants/prostheses for training purposes. Compatible with the Nacional Ossos line of clamps, it allows for multi-axis adjustments so that students can work with both hands, just as they would with a real patient—ensuring firmness and stability.
