Orthopedic Simulator for Training in Osteosynthesis and Intramedullary Nailing Techniques
The anatomical model of the Right Femur with Medullary Canal by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in orthopedic trauma who work in fracture fixation, surgical planning, and training with implants (plates, screws, external fixators, and anchors).
Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, in-office demonstrations, and distance learning, this simulator allows for repetitive practice of highly realistic techniques, thanks to mechanical properties similar to those of human bone and the medullary canal, which serves as a guide for intramedullary procedures and instrument alignment.
With a detailed anatomical structure and resistance compatible with real instruments, the model enables safe, ethical, and sustainable training.
It can be mounted on the Nacional Ossos line of clamps, allowing for multi-axis movements for two-handed training with firmness and stability, just as in a real-world scenario.
