Orthopedic Simulator for Training in Hip Arthroplasty and Pelvic Osteosynthesis
The anatomical model of the right pelvis with support block by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in Orthopedics and Traumatology who perform hip arthroplasty, acetabular reconstructions, and fixations using plates, screws, fixators, and anchors.
Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, and demonstrations (in-person or distance learning), this simulator enables repetitive and safe practice of surgical techniques with a high degree of realism, thanks to its solid structure and mechanical properties similar to those of human bone.
The support block allows for secure attachment to a 360° vise, freeing both of the operator’s hands—just as in a real surgical setting. The model is compatible with real surgical instruments, facilitating planning, teaching, and technical standardization with a focus on bioethics and sustainability.Orthopedic Simulator for Training in Hip Arthroplasty and Pelvic Osteosynthesis
