Orthopedic simulator for training in radial osteosynthesis (distal and diaphyseal).
The right radius anatomical model by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in Orthopedics and Traumatology who work with the management of radius fractures and internal and external fixation techniques. Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, in-office demonstrations, and distance learning, this simulator allows for the practice of procedures with a high degree of realism.
With a solid structure and resistance similar to that of human bone, the model allows for incision, reduction, drilling, perforation, positioning, and fixation of training implants (plates, screws, fixators, and anchors) using real surgical instruments. It provides safe, repetitive training aligned with best practices in bioethics and sustainability.
It can be secured in the Nacional Ossos line of vises, allowing for movement along the axes necessary for the student or orthopedic surgeon to work with both hands, firmly and safely, just as with a real patient.
This model offers left/right side variant.
