Description

Orthopedic Simulator for Training in Spinal Instrumentation and Arthrodesis (Occipito-Cervical, Thoracic, and Lumbosacral)

The flexible anatomical spine model with sacrum and occipital bone by Nacional Ossos was developed to meet the needs of instructors, students, and professionals in orthopedic trauma who work with spinal instrumentation (pedicle screws, plates, cages, intervertebral spacers, and rods).

Ideal for hands-on training, workshops, courses, in-office demonstrations, and distance learning, this simulator enables the practice of instrumentation and arthrodesis with a high degree of realism, whether in in-person or distance learning settings.

With a detailed anatomical structure, flexible discs, and simulated anterior and posterior ligaments, the model allows for the reproduction of movements and deformities such as lordosis, scoliosis, and rotations, facilitating the teaching of deformity correction and the assembly of fixation systems. Its strength, similar to that of human bone, allows for the practice of placing pedicle screws (including percutaneous techniques), plates, connectors, and rods, as well as the implantation of cages and intervertebral spacers, using real surgical instruments.

Compatible with vise grips and workshop cradles from our product line, ensuring stability so that the orthopedic surgeon can work with both hands, just as with a real patient.
