Product description
Our universal knee brace 4Scope (AM-KDX-01/1RE) is a lightweight post-operative knee brace designed for immobilization and controlled range-of-motion after knee surgery. It is equipped with monocentric splints providing flexion and extension control. The splints are hot-covered aluminium, anatomically shaped for optimal fit and stabilization. The brace features hinges adjustable from 30° extension to 120° flexion in 15° increments; ROM can be changed easily without tools. Hinges are plastic reinforced with carbon fibers for reduced weight and skin neutrality. The brace fits both legs thanks to telescopic splints and an innovative press-slide system. It includes two thigh and calf straps with anatomic-shaped quick-release buckles and length adjustment to accommodate various limb proportions. An anti-slip silicone system prevents migration. Quick-release buckles retain strap length for repeatable fitting and are operable with one hand.

Materials and technology

• Padding and lining: Active3D™ thermoformed fabric — foamed, closed-cell material; waterproof, sweat-resistant, easy to clean, with external self-gripping layers and thermoformed properties for anatomical shaping.
• Splints: monocentric Splint 1RE (single-axis), aluminium alloy, hot-covered and anatomically shaped; wide ROM adjustment in 15° steps and secured hyperextension settings (-15° and -30°). Angle adjustment is tool-free and includes a safety lock to prevent unauthorized changes.
• Press-slide System: telescopic length adjustment mechanism for splints enabling easy extension/shortening by pressing a button; splints feature a centimeter scale for repeatable settings.
• Paddings: 3D relief supports made of supporting foams or EVA foam to relieve rigid elements and protect skin.
